She was predeceased by: her father Oscar; her daughter Jolitta Parks; her son-in-law Richard Rutherford; and her siblings, Pandora Kerns, Shirley Damron, Vesta Westfall, Richard, Leroy and Lovell Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Humphrey (Stanley) of Island Pond, VT, Colleen Rutherford of Ray, Gary Damron of Chillicothe and Brian Detillion (Shawna) of Chillicothe; and her close friend Angelia Miller (Paul) of Amanda. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
