She was predeceased by: her parents, James Collins and Mildred Collins (Fleenor); her husband James M. Shelhart; her siblings, Linda Deering and James Collins; her grandson Carl Evans; her parents-in-law, Oscar and Ann Shelhart; and her siblings-in-law, Teresa Shelhart and Jerry Shelhart.
She is survived by: her son Johnny Mullett (Tracie) of Luttrell, TN; her stepchildren, James Shelhart, Jr., Bobbie Shelhart and Danielle Shelhart; and her siblings, Glenda Clark (Ernest), Gale Dalton (Denny), Paul Collins (Melody), Debra McKnight, Regenia Proctor, John Collins and Phillip Collins (Sherry). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, and cousins.
