She was predeceased by: her parents, Rondeau Counts Jr. and Dorothy Counts (Olson). She is survived by: her husband Keith Chain; her daughters, Emily Smith (David) of Chillicothe and Sarah McClain (Cody) of Nevada, Ohio; and her granddaughters, Sophie Smith, Ellie Smith and Riley McClain. She is also survived by two sisters and many nieces & nephews.
