She is survived by: her husband Samuel Ball; her sons, Steven Hartley (Jackie), John Charles Boltenhouse (Heather) and Sean Boltenhouse; her grandchildren, Sara Hartley, Steven Hartley II, Amirah Boltenhouse, Mazikeen Boltenhouse, Renlee Boltenhouse and Paxton Boltenhouse; her great grandchildren, AJ, Theo, Jordan, Michael and Charlotte; and her siblings, Teresa, Robert and Darlene.
