We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2022, at the age of 29, Chelsey N. Ramsey of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Fort Knox, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Ramsey; and her grandfathers, Gene Secrest and Gary Ramsey. She is survived by: her mother Shawn Secrest Ramsey; her daughter Nehemiah Jean Ramsey; and her siblings, Brianna of Chillicothe, Destiny White of Chillicothe, Anthony of Chillicothe, Christopher Ramsey (Myiah) of Chillicothe and Winston White of Chillicothe.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME to assist with expenses.
