He is survived by: his children, Clarence Lee Smith Jr., Beth A. Sigler, Sherry L. Smith and Larry L. Smith (Rhonda); his close friend Richard Abbot; and his sisters, Jerry Wilson (Gary) of Chillicothe, Karen Frantom (Reed) of Chillicothe, Sue of Washington Courthouse and Nancy of Washington Courthouse. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
