He was predeceased by: his father Ronald R. Maxwell; his wife Brendalee Maxwell; his sister Diane Nesser; and his stepdaughter Ashley. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Moore of Chillicothe and Daniel Ray Maxwell (Chad) of Hillsboro; his stepchildren, Brandy, Randy, Jordan, Ryan and Justin; his grandchildren, William and Khloe Moore; his siblings, Connie Rinehart of Chillicothe and Ronnie Maxwell of Chillicothe; and his friend Linda Martin of Chillicothe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME to help the family with funeral expenses.
