He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Babcock, and Margaret A. Babcock, Sr. (Walker); his wife Robin R. Werley; his son Michael Babcock; and his brother George Babcock, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Babcock (Janet) of Piketon and David Babcock (Susan) of New Vienna, OH; his grandchildren, Brian Creasman (Ivie), John Ross and Brooklyn Babcock; his great grandchild Jack Creasman; and his siblings, Ronald Babcock (Kathy) of Wayne, OH and Carol Jack of York, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
