He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Skaggs and Ruby Farnham Skaggs; his wife Marilyn Eileen Acord; his siblings, Elaine, Kathy, Virginia, Barbara, Rosemary, Louis and Keith; and his grandson-in-law Kyler Mootz.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Skaggs-Willett of Brooksville, Florida, Tony Skaggs of Chillicothe, Denise Ray of Chillicothe and Mark Skaggs (Lora) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Carrie Hunt (Pete), Lindsey Hammond, Joshua Ray (Dominique), Erica Dunn, Zach Skaggs (Meghan), Chelsea Mootz and Coty Skaggs (Taryn); his great grandchildren, Blake, Bryce, Haley, Haven, Gabriel, Mia, Cami, Ellisyn, Jameson, Juliana, Rosalyn Eileen, Natalie and Shelby; his great great grandchildren, Austin and Leo; and his siblings, Maxine Cochenour (Calvin), Nancy Rhoads (Dale), Joy Marten (Bryan), Kenneth Skaggs (Jenny) and Wayne Skaggs (Diana).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
