With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie Davis of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Davis and Opal Ferguson Davis; her stepfather Gerald Waugh; and her sister Diane Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Fultz (Mike), Ricky Howard (Lisa), Jessy Howard (Holly) and Bobby Howard (Whitney); her siblings, Teresa Perdu (Rich), Loretta Gregory (James Johnson), Tina Waugh, Patrick Davis, Jeff Davis (Joanne), Tracey Jr. Davis (Debbie), William Davis (Samantha) and Gerald Waugh, Jr.; and her friends, Brenda Brown, Shirley Turner and Vickie Reid. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
