She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Cottrill and Opal Cottrill; her siblings, Marsha Cottrill and Skip Cottrill; and her brother-in-law Ron Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Oiler (Kim), Kerry Locke (Ursula) and Danyelle Gillette (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Austin Oiler (Emmalynn), Madison Oiler, Lukas Oiler, Gabriel Fisher (Kennedy), Cloie Fisher, Gavin Locke and Sasha Locke; her great grandchildren, Nolan Oiler, Ava Oiler, Kinsley Fisher, Addilyn Fisher and Olivia Oiler; and her siblings, Penny Miles, Tony Cottrill, Tim Cottrill (Candy) and Kevin Cottrill. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
