He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Davis; his daughter Jessica Davis; his girlfriend Angela Sward; his girlfriend's son Alex; his brother Ernie Davis; his aunts and uncles, Chestine Walk, Nancy Decker (Jim) and Ernie Smith; and his friends, David Atwood, Ian Lawhorn, Dustin Townsend, Johnny Robinson, Jaime Sherman, Kelli Poole, Amber Moore, Christina Cutright-Pabst and Wayne Shoemaker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home in Donnie's Honor.
