He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Otto and Myra Barrow (Snyder); his wife Sylvia Ann Scott; his daughter Debbie Barrow; and his son-in-law Aden Rozell.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Lynn Rozell and Gary L. Barrow of Chillicothe; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Rozell (Christina), Bethany Rozell (Joe Peterson) and Christine Barrow.
