She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester B. Turner and Hazel O. Clark Turner; her husband William D. Oyer; her daughter Carolyn A. Proehl; and her siblings, Robert, Larry, Richard, Billy Turner and Naomi E. Smith (Turner).
She is survived by: her daughter Deanna; her son-in-law Roy Malone of Chillicothe; her granddaughters, Amy Blair, Kimberly Smallridge (Blake) and Michelle Proehl; her great grandchildren, Wade Blair (Jacqueline), Erika Malone and Abbi Malone; her great great grandchild Allen Shepherd; and her nieces, Wanda, Karen and Linda. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
