He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vaughn Wooten and Edith Pruitt Wooten; his wife Ruth Ann Gilliam; his daughter Tammie Wooten (Dale Holsinger); his grandson Zachary Lee Collins (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Tanner and Avery.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the Omega Cemetery.
