She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard P. Smith and Ida J. Funk Smith; and her siblings, Duffy, Barney, Peggy, Freda and Helen.
She is survived by: her daughter Tonia Smith of Cincinnati; her grandsons, Seth Smith, Sr. (Tabitha) and D'Andrea E. Smith; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Smith and Seth Smith, Jr.; her siblings, William Smith (Michelle) of Galva, IL and Lila Brown of Milan, MI; and her close friends, Sondra Walls, Christine Taylor, Michael, Lynn Orling, Tyler Orling, June Reed, Chancina, David Kilburn, Barbie Netter and Carrie Martin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
