She is survived by: her sons, Dusty Bostwick of Waverly and Natoshia Summers (Phillip) of Waverly; her grandsons, Ethan Summers (Natalee), Austin Summers, Bradley Summers, Maverick Miller and Issac Bostwick; her great grandchildren, Brock Miller and Coleson Summers; and her sister Diane Southern (Randy) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Ware Funeral Home to help the family.
