She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Johnson and Jessie Derringer Johnson; and her siblings, Frances Barnes, Elizabeth Harper, Dorothy Brown, Hubert Lane, Ernest Lane, Samuel Johnson and Lyle Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Joy Stark (Steven) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Abigail Bernice, Hannah Rose and Gabriel Steven Stark; and her siblings, Shirley Goodrich (Dave) of Bowling Green, KY, James Johnson (Kitty) of Hamilton, OH, Dan Johnson (Pam) of Rochester, WA and Chuck Johnson (Denise) of Peebles, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
