She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Capel of Mariatta, GA, Vicky Primer of Ocoee, FL, Cathy Primer (Marshall Smith) of Kingston, OH and Robin Primer of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Claire Capel and Sebastian Northey-Primer; her siblings, Helen Mills of Columbus, Rodney Skaggs (Kathy) of Bainbridge, Wesley Skaggs of Bainbridge, Floyd, Delbert, Roger, Delano, Curtis, Lesley, Harold Skaggs and Elanor Taylor; and her sister-in-law Katherine Adams.
