He was predeceased by: his father Frank; his grandmother Thacker; his children, Tammy Holloway, Ginger Robin Kellough and Howard E. Holloway, Jr.; his granddaughter Megan Kellough; and his siblings, Sarah Doris Robinson Jarrell, Joe Holloway, Johnny Holloway, Randall Holloway, Jr. and Harmon H. D. Holloway.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Mettler of Chillicothe and Connie Gillum of Chillicothe; his daughter-in-law Crystal Holloway; his grandchildren, Terry Jason McWhorter, Samantha Roberts (Ben), Luke G. Mettler, Joshua Kellough (Kim), Christa Kellough, Amy Kendall, Christina Porter, Ashley Kellough, Jeremiah Holloway, Danielle Byers and Dalton Slutz; his pet Tori; and his siblings, Joyce Justice of Pikeville, KY, Delia Crase and Paul Holloway (Kathy). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home (77 E 5th St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
