He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Power, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Charlee Blevins Ratliff (Johnny) of Staffordsville; his girlfriend Shirley May; his siblings, Daniel Powers and Tasina Meek; and his half-siblings, Brandon Powers, Rebecca Zdanowski and Melissa Marshall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
