He is survived by: his children, James Liggins Jr., Kathy Maughmer, Veronica Jones (Curtis), Brigitte Lisath of Columbus Ohio, Thomas Pruitt of Haslet Texas, Melissa Downs of Frankfort Ohio and Sean Liggins of Chillicothe Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
