It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janetta Jane Duffy of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Jackson, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Graves and Edith Sands Graves; her husband Theodore Duffy; and her son Scott Duffy. She is survived by: her sons, Lee Duffy (Valerie) of Youngstown and Brian Duffy (Fredalene) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Brett, Megan Duffy, Matt Lewis, Kevin Duffy, Theodore Duffy, III (Pamela) and Sarah Duffy; and her daughter-in-law Liane Rowe of Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund PO Box 10086 Toledo, OH 43699-0086.
