He is survived by: his son Chris; his parents, Louise Henry and Dale Hoffman; his stepfather Kip Henry; his brothers, Jeff Hoffman, James Henry and Jared Henry; and his siblings' children, Hannah, Khloe, Logan, Cody, Luke and Conner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
