He was predeceased by: his mother Nora Kelley (Johnson); his grandfathers, Anderson Kelley (Maryann) and William Johnson; and his uncle Echard Kelley. He is survived by: his father Ford Kelley; his wife Rita Carolyn Kelley (McDonald); his daughters, Debbie Hilton of Chillicothe and Sandy Dennis (Byron) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Emily Alexander and James Dearth (Ventia); his great grandchildren, Landon Colter, Jacy Dearth, Clarissa Dearth and Madelyn Dearth; and his brother Paul Kelley (Tammy). He is also survived by four nephews; one niece; and a host of special friends.
