She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Daniel and Nellie Louise Bethel Carroll; and her siblings, Jane, Joyce, Judy, Harold "Bud" and Lemuel "Lem".
She is survived by: her husband Everett C. Harris; her children, Connie Campbell (Bill) of McArthur and Everett "EJ" Harris Jr. of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Dawn, Chad and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Mason, Cam and Elora; and her sisters, Jean Burns (Kenny) of Columbus and Ruth McGuire (Jay) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Joanne's family request that memorial contributions be made to Adena Hospice, 2077 Western Ave, Chillicothe OH 45601.
