We announce the death of John Easter of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on June 15, 2026, at the age of 82. John will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Easter and Ella Mae Skaggs Easter; his wife Karen R. Haubeil; and his brothers, Larry Easter and Terry Easter.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Lambert (Russell); his grandchildren, Candy Fox (Chelsea), Brandica Blake and Taylor Lambert; his great grandchildren, Damian, Kerry and Raven; his nieces and nephews, Rita Haubeil, Sara Easter, Jackie Irvin, Kyle Efaw (Robbie), Brian Efaw (Rachel), Doug Haubeil, Sam Easter (Jennifer), Joe Easter (Heather) and Terry Easter (Robin); and his sister-in-law Maggie Easter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the family.
