He is survived by: his daughter Evie Snyder of Chillicothe; his close friend Nancy Light; his grandchildren, Julienne Branham, Taite Ackley, Layton Ackley, Bryan Smart, Kariann Smart and Waylon Smart; his siblings, Betty Morgan of Frankfort, Harold Joe Smart of Chillicothe and George Smart (Kathleen) of Marysville; and his friend Annie. He is also survived by ten great - grandchildren.
