It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie R. Stanley of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Johnnie R. Stanley to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his mother Marlene Gozy Stanley; and his brother Steve "Stevie" Stanley. He is survived by : his father Ray Stanley; his children, Melissa Flater (Hiram), John Stanley (Tara) of Chillicothe and Shane Stanley of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Austin Stanley (Mykenzie), Kayla Flater, Justin Stanley, Cameron Flater and Addison Stanley; his great grandchild Zaylon Stanley; and his brothers, Rick Stanley (Sherry) and Mike Stanley (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with expenses.
