He is survived by: his children, Jon Mitchell Wesley Yoakem, Richard Sherman Mitchell Yoakem and Lacey Mikala Yoakem; his grandchild Dulci Dawn Yoakem; his siblings, Eric Andrew "Ric" Yoakem and Vonda Yoakem Trainer; his nephews, Blake Andrew Trainer and Eric Cole Trainer; his great-niece Willow Cheryl Trainer; and his aunt Teri Swift.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lake White Shelter House.
