Hawk Jr. of Chillicothe; his stepchildren, Jason Johnson (Lynn) of Hillard and Vanessa Wagner (Tim) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Jarrod, Cailyn Cyrus, Cierra Hawk, Aliyah, Austin Fairchild, Ashton Stevens, Brandon, Chase Van Pelt, Ethan and Gavin Johnson; his great grandchildren, Maylee and Ivayah; and his siblings, Vicki Palmer (Ron) of Kingston and John Hawk (Carmen) of Circleville.
