Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Wipert and Elizabeth Mae Murray (Lykins); his children, Kevin Wipert (Linda), Tonya Knapp (Mike), Keith Wipert (Betty), Tina Bowling (Marty) and Theresa Penrod (John); and his sister-in-law Robyn McGuire.
He is survived by: his sister Glenda DeWitt of Springfield. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home (110 W Main St, Bainbridge, OH 45612). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
