He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth M. Skaggs; and his brothers, Kyle R. and Kendall R. Skaggs. He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Shanton of Chillicothe; his father Ernie A. Skaggs of Chillicothe; his daughter Katrina Watson of Alpharetta, GA; and his sister Kelley Park (Stephen R.) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ross County Humane Society 2308 A Lick Run Road Chillicothe, OH 45601.
