Laurel Evans Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurel Evans of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Maynard, Iowa, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gary Evans; her sister Lois Busby; her sons, John Evans and Bill Evans; her daughter-in-law Mi Gyoung Yoo; her granddaughter Ella Evans; her pet Bernie; and her mother Lena May Woods.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Appalachia Ohio Alliance, The Wilderness Society, or Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Ohio.
