Carnes; his grandchildren, Camaro Allen and Chevelle Leeigh Payne; his nephew Seth Alan Overly (Annie) of Kentucky; his niece Megan Overly (Isaac Justice); his sisters-in-law, Sandra Carnes Nunn of Kettering and Emily Carnes Carmean of Kingston; his niece Lindsay Nunn Dapore (Mark); his great-niece Laura Wintersteen of Kettering; his nephew Jason Nunn (Susan) of Dayton; and his cousins, Dave, Kathy Wickline and Lisa Wickline Ortman of Marysville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
