We bid farewell to Leon O. Sheets of Chillicothe, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 12, 2025 at the age of 70. Leon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Leon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora G. Sheets and Marilyn A. Oyer Sheets. He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Mason of Chillicothe; his granddaughter Madelyn Mason (Bryce Blaney); his sister Debbie Spriggs of Washington; and his niece Tammy Mercer (Casey) of Washington.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
