He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bliss and Mae Armagost Bliss; and his son Norman Bliss. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Broscious; his daughters, Carolyn Tippett (Gary) and Nancy Haggard (Richard); and his sisters, Ethel Marshall and Emma Marucci. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
