He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Sines and Christina Sines (Sollars); and his stepbrothers, William C. Abernathy, Thomas L. Abernathy and Dale E. Abernathy.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Sines (Jones); his children, Heather Lynn Palmer (Earl R.) and Clinton Everett Sines (Rachel Russell); his grandchildren, Breann Nicole Sines, Evan Thomas Sines, Kayla Renae Sines (Jarod Bellar), Ethan Palmer, Rebecca Palmer and Noah Whitesel; his great grandchild Elaina Rae Michael; and his sister Mary Jean Liston (Carroll). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Summers Funeral Home (223 W Market St, Washington Court House, OH 43160). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at the Washington Cemetery (1741 Washington Ave, Washington Court House, OH 43160).
