She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Garnet Collins (Eberts) and Harve Franklin Collins; her spouse H. E. "Dutch" Hafer; her grandson Tyson S. Connery; and her brothers, Morris Collins, Ted R. Collins II and Francis Elmin "Buzz" Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Melodee Connery (Bill Lacey) of Chillicothe and Robert E. Hafer (Dru) of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, David Ryan Connery (Michelle) of Virginia, Amanda Nisil (Sean) of South Carolina, Amy Penrod (Don) of Chillicothe, Katie O'Donnell of Colorado, Chris O'Donnell (Katie) of Missouri, Kevin O'Donnell (Bri) of Colorado, Lauren Lundrigan (Daniel) of Georgia, Olivia Lacey of Georgia and Sadie Clark (Dillon) of Georgia; her great great grandchild Ivaiah; and her sibling's children, Terry Clark (George) of North Carolina and Tony Collins (Karen) of Wellston. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
