He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Horn and Joyce Horn (Maynard); and his brothers, Allen "Red" Horn and Bobby Horn. He is survived by: his wife Gina Horn (Hawk); his children, Jenny Brown (Jerry), Cheyanne Hartshorn (Justin Platt), Coalton Hartshorn (Rissy) and Aubrey Barrows (Colin); his grandchildren, Kierston, Jax, Josiah, Branson, Scarlett of Sylvia, CJ, Coalson and Cataleya; and his siblings, Danny Horn, Rose Horn and Lee Horn (Shirley). He is also survived by family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
