She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Carnes and Francis "Rip" Harrington Carnes; and her sister Dana Fields. She is survived by: her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Cindy Moody; her grandsons, Ashten of Chillicothe and Seth Moody of Chillicothe; her cousins, Dawn Horn of Columbus and Lisa Jo Gatesy of Columbus; her sibling's children, Dereck Fields of Fort Wayne, IN and Amber Fields Groves of Indianapolis, IN; and her great-nephews, Blake of Columbus, IN. and Carson Fields of Columbus, IN..
