She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen and Hannah Allen (Barker); her husband Albert Bell; and her siblings, Imagene Keesee, Charles and Raymond Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Bell of Chillicothe and Tony Price (Faustina) of Casper, WY; her grandchildren, Sarah Bell (Robert), Matt Bell, Tanya Williams (Aaron), Charles Price and Hannah Brinson; and her great great grandchild Jaxson. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
