It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael B. Recobs of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick M. Recobs and Carolyn A. Recobs (Pinnix); and his sister Janet Sue Recobs. He is survived by: his siblings, Marcia Mudd (James) of Duluth, GA, Nancy Dunlap (Michael) of Chillicothe, Karen Minney (Pat Blankenship) of Waverly, Vickie Barnitz of Columbus, Stephen Recobs of Chillicothe and Marty Recobs of Chillicothe; his close friend Janelle Goodman of Chillicothe; and his pet Regan. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews.

He become a hero that day saving lives with organ donation.
