He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Konicki and Eileen Konicki of Huber Heights, Ohio.. He is survived by: his sisters, Kristina Johnson (Randy) and Karen Brittingham (Tom); and his caregiver Lucy Easterday. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
