He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Konicki and Eileen Konicki of Huber Heights, Ohio.. He is survived by: his sisters, Kristina Johnson (Randy) and Karen Brittingham (Tom); and his caregiver Lucy Easterday. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). The military honors will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens (8200 W National Rd, New Carlisle, OH 45344).
