He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathryn A. McCorkle; his daughter Kimberly Dement; his son-in-law Bob Dement; his granddaughter Kayla Dement; his parents, Ira McCorkle and Opal McCorkle; his siblings, Kay Ogan (Bob), Brenda Ashworth (Larry), Derre McCorkle, Danny McCorkle, Greg McCorkle (Teresa) and Regenia Lear (Don); his brother-in-law Marvin Detty (Patty); and his friends, Gale Rickey, Joyce Huff and Tina Rinehart. He was also cherished by 14 nieces and nephews; numerous great and great-great-nieces and nephews.
