He is survived by: his wife Judy Anne Doles; his children, Shannon Lee Caplinger (David) of Columbus, Ohio and Kevin Michael Parker (Brittany) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Alexandria Caplinger (Jordan Frase), Cody Caplinger, Grace Caplinger, Samuel Parker, Nicholas Parker, Sienna Evans and Sadie Butler; his brothers, Larry Parker (Debbie), Rick Parker (Denise), Jim Parker (Jodi) and Jeff Parker; his aunt Bonnie Hoberty; and his pets, Brody and Scruffy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Mt. Tabor Community Christian Church, 6043 Mt. Tabor Road, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
