It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred M. Butterbaugh of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel McWhorter and Almeda Detty McWhorter; her husband William H. "Tuck" Butterbaugh; her sons, Roger Butterbaugh and Mike Butterbaugh; and her grandson Tod Park.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane (Ike Park), Debbie (Keith Congrove), Cathy (Steve Brokaw), Kelli (Keith Sickles) and Patricia West of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Phil Park (Tina), Nate Park (Chrissy), Brad Park, Lisa Staten (Richie), Crystal Congrove (Brian Clark), Miranda Perry, Sara Mick (Allen), Amber Baxter, Eric Kepler, Scott Butterbaugh, Mendy Butterbaugh, Michael Butterbaugh, Shelby Butterbaugh, Brittney Goodwin (Charlie), Stacey Lowry (Cody), Jacob Brokaw, Kali Massie (Andy) and Hope Coffman (Josh); and her daughter-in-law Chris Butterbaugh of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 34 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
