She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby E. Jenkins and Gertrude Mae Jenkins (Ramey); her siblings, Lawrence Ray "Bud" Jenkins and Ruby Mae Dyke; her brother-in-law Dan Dyke; her niece Pam; her son-in-law Sam; and her grandson Paul Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband William Junior Tackett; and her children, William Michael Tackett (Liza Hilyard), Patsy Mae Pancake (Kevin), Kathy Rae Whitten (Thomas), Donna Jean Cooper (Randy), Jeffrey Ervin Tacket (Janie Spires) and Pamela Ann Crabtree (Sam).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Real Joy Community Fellowship (1954 Hospital Rd, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (3796 Co Rd 550, Frankfort, OH 45628).
