She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Downs and Elizabeth Moody Downs; her husband Jack E. Riley; her granddaughter Heather Dennis; and her siblings, Eva Adrian (John), Bee Graves (Clark), Florence McDaniels (Herb), Mary Austin (Dave), Maggie Boystel (Raymond), Carolyn Wahlen (Orn), Jane Miller (Paul), Jim Downs (Helen), Wes Sr. Downs (Margaret) and Opal Fabel.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Jo Wallace of Chillicothe, Craig Steven Riley of Chillicothe and Missy Landrum (Charles) of New Orleans; her great grandchildren, Jason, Carrie, Stefanie, Danielle, Mandy, Brandy, Stacy, Ricky, Silvia "Gracie", Noah, Brian, Kevin, Sebastian, Corey, Gregory, Michaela, Cody, Collins, Josh and Peyton; her brother Tom Downs (Louise) of Texas; her nephew Roger Downs (Sue) of Chillicothe; her daughter-in-law Joyce Riley; and her sister-in-law Joyce Townsend.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
