He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Homer and Bernice Violet McKinney (Bell); and his siblings, Doris Skeens (Bob) and Glen McKinney. He is survived by: his siblings, Ella M. Neff, Marilyn Wisecup and Harold McKinney.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (643 Eastern Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
